Let’s face it, feeding a toddler can be a struggle, am I right?!

  • Is your toddler refusing to eat foods they once loved?

  • Do they demand or request different foods from what you serve?

  • Are you worried they are becoming pickier and pickier?

Do you feel stressed and overwhelmed thinking about having to deal with meals day in and day out and wish mealtimes weren’t such a battle?

If you answered YES to any of the above questions, the Picky Eating Pod is for you!

Together we will:

  • Learn how to manage mealtimes so that your child is excited to eat and try new foods.

  • Implement age-appropriate mealtime schedules.

  • Create a community of like-minded parents going through similar challenges together.

  • Learn to LOVE mealtimes with your toddler again!

FAQs:

What is the time commitment like?

  • The Picky Eating Pod is four weeks long. Each week, you will receive a PDF guide with step-by-step instructions for what to do that week. This should only take about 5-10 minutes to read through. You will implement the strategies during your already-existing routines at home - you don’t have to add anything “extra” into your day!

There is also one 45-minute LIVE Q+A session each week. The recording will be available to watch if you cannot make it live.

Does this work for a child in full-time daycare?

  • Yes! All of the strategies I teach are applicable to children regardless of where they spend most of their day. I teach you how to make changes to your already-existing routines during the time that you are home with your child, such as before or after daycare, or on weekends. You do not have to add anything “extra” into your day!

My child has VERY strong food preferences. Will this work for us?

  • To be blunt, it's rare to meet a toddler who does NOT show strong preferences for certain foods... this is a very normal part of toddlerhood! The key is learning how to work with this drive for control, while also setting loving boundaries at the same time.

With my background in child development and experience as a pediatric feeding therapist, I teach you how to implement an evidence-based, middle-ground approach to help your child change their habits and preferences around food. I can’t promise your child will be pounding vegetables after four weeks - but I can promise you that mealtimes will become happier and less stressful for all, AND you will have the skills to continue to make progress on your own once the Pod is complete.
