About Jessica
My Mission
My mission is to help you structure your child’s day to set you both up for success. You might be wondering… Okay, what IS the key to success?
Answer: Structure and ROUTINE. When you get into a groove, your child will do the same, helping them to thrive!
There’s so much conflicting and complicated information out there about child development — what toys are best, what they should eat and not eat, why they may be behind their peers in certain skills, etc. It’s too much to keep up with and can be SO overwhelming!
That’s where I come in. I want to simplify it all and let you in on a little secret - the key to a happy, healthy baby and child is how they spend their time. And that is something YOU, as a parent, have control over. It’s super powerful!
My Experience & Approach
With a degree in pediatric Occupational Therapy and many years working with children and their families in schools, clinics, and homes, I’ve seen first-hand the vast difference a solid and intentional routine can make in a child’s life. Rather than specific toys, fancy activities, or intensive therapies, it’s the general structure of a child’s day and the quality of their relationship with parents and caregivers that matters. These are the things that allow children to function as healthy and happy people.
Through my coaching and recommended tools and strategies, I want to help you experience joy and pride in watching your child thrive. Oh, and not have their third tantrum of the day all before 8am :)
I can’t wait to work together!
