Let’s face it — times are strange.

Your child hasn’t been in regular school or their regular routine for over two months. You’ve been “working” from home while catering to your child’s snack requests every ten minutes, and there’s simply no semblance of normalcy going on in your household or in the world right now.

And then these start to happen — tantrums, meltdowns, sleep disturbances, fights with siblings, refusal to do the simple things like change into clothes or sit on the potty

And then you wonder… will it ever go back to normal? Why is every day so difficult? And am I failing my child because they’re stuck at home with me all day, rather than learning in a structured environment?

STOP THERE.

You’re not failing.

I can help you.

If you’re overwhelmed, overtired and over EVERYTHING... you’re in the right place.

Routine Reset is a 10-module, self-guided course designed to help you manage uncertainty, learn how to use structure and routine to keep your child on track and overall feel CONFIDENT in your parenting journey. Routine is not just something that type A people gravitate towards - children specifically CRAVE it.

This course combines education, resources, framework and SUPPORT to give you everything you didn’t know you needed, and so much more. Upon sign-up, receive instant access to this course so that you can move at your own pace.

Implement

  • It’s go-time! Given support, resources, and age-appropriate strategies, begin to implement successful routines into your child’s day that will lead to a thriving, happy household with calm, confident parents.

The research is clear - predictable daily routines allow children to function their best. This is true for every area of development, including sleep, eating, play, learning, and behavior. When this structure is in place, children develop NATURALLY. You don’t need fancy activities or specific materials; children learn best through normal, daily tasks - but it’s up to you to structure them properly.
