How long does the course take to complete?
It’s up to you! You can binge-watch the course after bedtime one night (the entire course takes approximately 90 mins to watch) or split it up over many days/weeks/months.
How long are the videos in the course?
The course consists of 12 short videos and each video is between 3-12 minutes long. Easy to sneak in during nap time or even while you yourself are on the toilet :)

I got you! Potty training is such an individualized process and no two kids are the same. I offer more support in my Potty Training Pod. You can also book a private consult for potty training where I will help guide you through exactly what to do to help your individual child learn how to use the potty.

Hi, I’m Jessica! I’m a childhood routine expert, pediatric occupational therapist, and lover of all things child development. I founded Rooted in Routine to help YOU learn simple, easy to implement routines for optimal baby and child development. I am passionate about educating parents on NORMAL, HEALTHY development, which is often simpler than we think. My approach is largely rooted in going back to the basics to help you establish solid, age-appropriate routines for your child for things like eating, play, and sleep. I believe this is the most important foundation you can provide for your child - and I want to help you do just that!
